A Judgment is a court ordered document showing that one person/company owes another person/company money.  (Think of small claims court where a landlord sues an ex-tenant for damages to the rental property OR where an ex-tenant sues the landlord to get their damage deposit back).

The court does not collect money and they do not even offer any advice how to collect money.  Actually it seems to me that they don't even care if you collect the money or not.   It is left up to the winner (the person that is owed the money) to collect it.  Most of the time the winners don't and this is where you come in.
